Support inbox triage
Customer questions are sorted, answered from your own help docs where possible, and only the hard ones reach a person.

What we build
A triage step in front of your inbox. Every message is tagged by topic and urgency. Simple questions, like order status or opening hours, are answered from your own knowledge base with a link to the source.
Anything unclear, angry or valuable goes straight to a person, with the customer history attached and a suggested reply they can edit.
What changes
First replies drop from hours to minutes. Your team spends its time on the conversations that need judgement. You get a weekly list of the questions your website should answer.
What we need from you
Access to the inbox, your help articles or FAQs, and a list of topics that must always go to a person.
