Where they started
Forty small-business clients, each needing a month-end pack. Two people spent the first five working days of every month exporting, pasting and formatting.
What we built
An overnight pull from Xero into a template per client, with checks for missing bank feeds and odd swings. A draft commentary is written for each pack and posted for partner review.
What changed
Packs go out on day one. The two people who built them now spend that week on advisory calls, which the firm bills.
